About me
I am an Orthopedic Surgeon specialized in Traumatology, with advanced expertise in the treatment of fractures, nonunions, osteomyelitis and pelvic fractures.
Beyond my surgical training, I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relationship coaching, a combination that allows me to approach patient care in a uniquely holistic way.
I believe that physical health, psychological wellbeing, and interpersonal dynamics are deeply interconnected – and that healing often requires attention to all three.
In my orthopedic practice, this integrated perspective enhances my ability to help patients navigate pain, fear, anxiety, recovery challenges, and the mental barriers that often accompany injury or chronic conditions. My training in CBT helps patients understand these dimensions and build healthier coping strategies throughout the rehabilitation process.
As a relationship coach, I extend this same humanistic approach to couples and individuals seeking to improve communication, emotional connection, intimacy, and conflict resolution.
